Sichao Du , researcher at Zhejiang University, Ph.D. in Optoelectronics Technology from The University of Sydney, Master of Optoelectronics Technology from The Australian National University, and Bachelor of Materials Physics from Northwestern Polytechnical University. The research direction is the design and preparation of new wide-spectrum photodetection materials and devices, focusing on enhancing the long-wave spectral response of III-V compound semiconductors and graphene, and combining with silicon CMOS signal processing circuits to realize multispectral fusion technology on a single sensor. So far, 21 academic papers have been published in international authoritative journals including Advanced Materials, IEDM, ACS Nano and other flagship international conferences such as IEEE International Electron Devices Meeting (IEDM), 2 articles have been selected for the journal cover, and 2 national invention patents have been authorized. He cited a total of 810 times in Web of Science, 3 papers were selected as ESI highly cited papers, 3 annual hot papers, and 2 articles were cited more than 100 times. He presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Science Fund, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, Zhejiang Province Postdoctoral Research Projects, and Zhejiang University's National Overseas Excellent Postdoctoral Project.
杜思超，浙江大学研究员，悉尼大学 (The University of Sydney) 光电子技术博士，澳大利亚国立大学 (The Australian National University) 光电子技术硕士，西北工业大学材料物理学士。研究方向为设计制备新型宽光谱光电探测材料与器件，专注于增强III-V化合物半导体和石墨烯长波光谱响应，通过与硅CMOS信号处理电路结合，实现单个传感器上的多光谱融合技术。迄今为止，在包括Advanced Materials, IEDM, ACS Nano等国际权威期刊以及IEEE International Electron Devices Meeting (IEDM) 等旗舰国际会议上发表学术论文21篇，2篇文章入选期刊封面，授权国家发明专利2项，Web of Science 他引总计810次，3篇论文入选ESI高被引论文, 3篇年度热门论文，2篇文章引用超过100次。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金、中国博士后科学基金，浙江省博士后科研项目择优资助、浙江大学国家海外优秀博士后专项。
