Prof. Xiaoyuan Wang, Hangzhou Dianzi University, China
Xiaoyuan Wang, female, professor, supervisor of doctoral students majoring in electronic science and technology, received the Ph.D. degree in electronical engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin,China, in 2013. From 2010 to 2011, she studied at the University of Western Australia, Australia, from 2011 to 2012, was a visiting scholar at Dalian University of Technology, and from 2016 to 2017, she was a visiting scholar at the University of Western Australia.
She is mainly engaged in the research of theory and application of new memory elements (memristor, memcapacitor and meminductor), nonlinear circuit system design and information encryption algorithm research. She has presided over a number of national and provincial natural science fund projects, and has published more than 60 academic papers in international authoritative journals and conferences, including more than 40 SCI/EI indexed journals, and authorized more than 10 invention patents. She is now an IEEE senior member, a member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, and a member of the Chaos and Nonlinear Circuits Committee of the Circuits and Systems Branch of the Chinese Institute of Electronics. She served as the communication reviewer of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China. She has served as a reviewer for international journals such as "Chaos", "Nonlinear Dynamics", "Journal of Circuits, Systems and Computers", "International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos", "Circuits, Systems, and Signal Processing" and "Chinese Physics B" for a long time. The graduate students she trained have won many national scholarships and outstanding graduates in Zhejiang Province.
主要从事新型记忆元件（忆阻器、忆容器和忆感器）理论及应用研究、非线性电路系统设计、信息加密算法和神经网络研究。主持国家科学基金项目2项、浙江省自然科学基金项目2项，浙江省科技厅重点项目5项，已在国际权威期刊和会议上发表学术论文60余篇，其中SCI/EI检索期刊50余篇，授权发明专利10余项。现为IEEE高级会员、中国电子学会会员、中国电子学会电路与系统分会混沌与非线性电路专委会委员。担任国家自然科学基金通讯评审、浙江省自然科学基金通讯评审，长期担任《Chaos》、《Nonlinear Dynamics》、《Journal of Circuits、Systems and Computers》、《International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos》、《Circuits, Systems, and Signal Processing》、《Chinese Physics B》等国际学术期刊的审稿人。培养的研究生多次获得国家奖学金和浙江省优秀毕业生。
