Prof. Yuan Yang, Xi 'an University of Technology,  China

Yang Yuan, Professor, doctoral supervisor, deputy director of Shaanxi dual-purpose integrated circuit center, President of the school of international engineering of Xi'an University of technology, leader of Shaanxi innovation team and head of first-class courses in Shaanxi Province, won the title of "Xi'an star" in the field of science and technology in 2019, and his main research direction is semiconductor integrated circuits. Presided over and completed more than 40 scientific research projects such as National Natural Science Foundation of China, sub projects of national major science and technology projects, key R & D projects of Shaanxi Province and Natural Science Foundation of Shaanxi Province. It has won 1 first prize, 3 second prizes of Shaanxi Province Science and technology, 2 first prizes of Xi'an Science and technology, 2 first prizes of Shaanxi colleges and universities, and excellent doctoral dissertation of Shaanxi Province. Served as reviewer of IEEE Transaction on Power Electronics, Electronics Letters, Journal of Electrotechnics, High Voltage Technology and other journals. He has published more than 100 papers in IEEE transaction on Power Electronics and other journals, more than 60 papers indexed by SCI and EI, authorized 12 national invention patents, 3 utility model patents, transferred 6, published 2 teaching materials and 1 monograph, and was funded by the national science and technology academic works publishing fund. She was invited to make conference invitation reports at ISNE2018, EDSSC2019 and ICET2021 international academic conferences.

杨媛，教授，博士生导师，陕西省军民两用集成电路中心副主任，西安理工大学国际工学院院长，陕西省创新团队带头人，陕西省一流课程负责人，获2019年科技领域“西安之星”称号，主要研究方向为半导体集成电路。主持完成国家自然科学基金、国家重大科技专项子项、陕西省重点研发项目、陕西省自然科学基金等科研项目40余项。获陕西省科学技术一等奖1项、二等奖3项、西安市科学技术一等奖2项、陕西省高等学校一等奖2项，获陕西省优秀博士学位论文。担任IEEE Transaction on Power Electronics、Electronics Letters、电工技术学报、高电压技术等期刊审稿人。先后在IEEE Transaction on Power Electronics等期刊发表论文100余篇，SCI、EI检索60余篇，授权国家发明专利12项，实用新型专利3项，已转让6项，出版教材2部，专著1部，并受到国家科学技术学术著作出版基金资助，受邀在ISNE2018、EDSSC 2019、ICET2021国际学术会议做大会邀请报告。
