A.Prof Dezhong Cao, Xi’an Polytechnic University, China

Cao Dezhong, postdoctoral fellow, associate professor, master tutor, "Young Top-notch Talent" of the school. In June 2018, he graduated from the School of Physics, Shandong University with a doctorate degree. In the same year, he joined the Department of Microelectronics Science and Engineering, School of Science, Xi'an Polytechnic University. In April 2019, he entered the postdoctoral research station of Electronic Science and Technology, School of Microelectronics, Xidian University for postdoctoral research. The main research direction is semiconductor micro-nano materials and devices. He has presided over 5 national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects. He has published more than 20 high-level SCI papers in well-known academic journals such as Nanoscale, Applied Surface Science, Photonics Research, among which more than 10 top papers, authorized 2 national invention patents.

曹得重，博士后，副教授，硕士生导师，校“青年拔尖人才”。2018年6月毕业于山东大学物理学院，并获得博士学位，同年加入西安工程大学理学院微电子科学与工程系，2019年4月进入西安电子科技大学微电子学院电子科学与技术博士后流动站从事博士后研究。主要研究方向为半导体微纳材料与器件，先后主持国家级、省部级等科研项目5项，在Nanoscale、Applied Surface Science、Photonics Research等知名学术期刊上发表高水平SCI论文20余篇，其中Top论文10余篇，授权国家发明专利2项。
